I first got interested in web design when I worked full time in the UK; since then I have designed many sites both for myself and others as a hobby; due to the excellent feedback I received I am now designing and hosting websites for others.
My motivation is not to make lots of money out of my customers, but to give them a good site for their business, at an affordable price. It is still more of a hobby than a full time career but that does not detract from the quality of sites I am able to provide.
